Employer Participation & Structured Response Agreement

By clicking “I Agree,” responding to feedback requests, or accessing candidate feedback, the employer affirmatively agrees to the following:

1. Voluntary Participation

Participation and responses are voluntary.

2. Structured Response Framework

Employer responses are limited to predefined structured Core7 options. Free-text responses are not permitted.

3. Behavioral Tracking & Aggregation

Employer response behavior (response, decline, or no action) may be recorded and reflected in aggregate via the Follow-Through Index™.

4. No Public Attribution

HonestFeedback does not publicly display verbatim feedback or commentary attributable to employers.

5. Professional Use

Candidate feedback may only be used for internal hiring process evaluation and improvement.

6. No Legal Advice

HonestFeedback does not provide legal advice or make hiring decisions.

7. Platform Terms

Participation incorporates the HonestFeedback Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

8. Electronic Agreement

This consent constitutes a legally binding agreement on behalf of the organization.
