Candidate Participation & Feedback Agreement
By clicking “I Agree,” submitting a feedback request, or completing Core5 feedback on HonestFeedback, the candidate affirmatively agrees to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation
Participation in HonestFeedback is voluntary. Employers may respond, decline, or take no action.
2. Structured Feedback System
HonestFeedback permits only structured feedback (Core5). Free-text commentary, accusations, or narrative feedback are not allowed.
3. Truthfulness & Good Faith
All feedback submitted reflects the candidate’s genuine experience and is provided in good faith.
4. Prohibited Content
Candidates agree not to submit false, misleading, defamatory, confidential, or personal information.
5. Visibility & Aggregation
Employer actions (response, decline, or no action) may be tracked and reflected only in aggregate through the Follow-Through Index™. Individual feedback is never posted verbatim publicly.
6. No Guaranteed Outcome
HonestFeedback does not guarantee a response, feedback, or outcome.
7. Platform Terms
Participation is governed by the HonestFeedback Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
8. Electronic Agreement
This consent constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement.
